Aerra AI is run by Herman Maliarenko — an automation engineer and developer based in Bulgaria, working with clients across Europe and the UK.
The business started as a focused n8n automation practice and has grown to cover custom app development, AI integrations, and backend systems for businesses that need functional tools, not generic templates.
There's no team of account managers here. When you work with Aerra, you work with Herman directly — from the first call to the final handover. That's intentional. Most agencies grow by adding layers between the client and the work. We haven't done that, because those layers are usually where clarity and quality get lost.
The work we take on ranges from simple multi-step automations connecting two or three tools, to custom web applications with databases, AI integrations, and authentication systems. The common thread is practical implementation: you describe a process you want to stop doing manually, and we build the system that replaces it.

Most communication happens over written updates, with calls scheduled when they're genuinely useful rather than as a default check-in rhythm. Works well for clients in EU and UK timezones.

Straightforward automations in 1–2 weeks, larger custom builds in 3–5 weeks. Timelines are set before work starts, not adjusted after.
You own everything.
Code, workflows, database schema, documentation — it's all yours from day one. If you bring development in-house later, you have everything you need to make that transition cleanly.
